CEO — Chief Executive Officer
Mr Mtshali Thokozani Sidwell is a highly passionate mining professional with 16 years of experience in a variety of mining methods, from underground deep-level gold mining, trackless operations, underground conventional gold mining, open pit and block caving (undercutting and draw bell development) at a copper mine. He is currently a director and a Geotechnical/Rock Engineer at StrataWorx Africa, tasked with the rock engineering duties for the mines from surface to underground mine.
Director — Rock Engineer
Experienced Rock Engineer and Director with over 25 years in mining, specializing in rock engineering strategies, numerical modelling, seismic monitoring, and mine design for gold, coal, diamond, and platinum operations. Active SANIRE member, Branch Chairperson for Northern Cape (2024–2025), and Council member. Proven track record in feasibility studies, accident investigations, and optimizing mining methods for safety and efficiency.
